Video calls can feel so void of life. But in this landscape of distance and isolation, they also feel vital. 
Made over the first and second UK Covid-19 lockdowns, Them’s The Rules is a short film about lost connections; a painful exploration of things that have been lost, which pushes to the edges of the new truth that, often, the only way to see a loved one is on a screen.
