Shorty is a genre-questioning non-binary drag-child, who frays at the edges and plays at the edges.

but also is it time for a snack?

This solo show is a joyful, urgent and delicate look at the experience of the trans child, toilet-trauma, the power of the introvert and the beautiful time we spend with our minds when the body is made awkward or under attack.

Shorty was the Chisenhale Dance Space and Marlborough Theatre 2016 Small Spaces commission.

Sometimes Shorty can be found wandering around at various clubnights and events, doing a wordsearch, reading a book, collecting glasses, throwing some shapes. Or tantrums.
